HAPPY BIRTHDAY HASRUL!
A year older, a year wiser. I
hope so. 20 years old already so must act like one. To be more precise, Happy
Belated Birthday to you. I know I’ve told you a thousand times and I shall
repeat myself again.
First, I can’t buy you a
birthday gift this year. Not that I don’t want to but because I’m not that
loaded this time round. I no longer work therefore I’ve not enough cash to buy
one for you. I hope you don’t mind. I know you don’t expect one from me but I
insist hehe. I hope you understand.
Next, I enjoyed going out with
you celebrating your birthday although you were the one who paid for everything
(it was supposed to be on me). Birthdays are meant to be one of the most
unforgettable events and yup, last Friday was one. Started the day by having to
see the water supply in my house was cut off, then you had to pay for the movie
tickets, followed by joining your family for buffet and the worst part they
even sent me home by taxi. Tell me how I shouldn’t feel guilty. Not to mention
that I also accidentally brought back home your phone. Haha I am so sorry not
sorry. You know what I mean.
Nonetheless, I’m happy to
celebrate your birthday with your family for the first time. It was a bit
awkward but as long you’re happy, I’m happy as well. I appreciate for your
parents willing to let me join on that day because by right I should let you
have some quality time with them. I don’t know how to repay their kindness for
treating me to buffet and sending me home. I paiseh rabak ah. You even could
laugh seeing how embarrassed I was -.-
Lastly, you’ve been a great
listener. Work hard for your dreams. I believe with your talent and passion in
rapping, you can go far if you work hard for it. Know that I will always
support you in everything you do. An egoistic person like me doesn’t show much
interest whenever you share your problems but the fact is, I do. I’m happy to
see you change day by day too. Hope you’ll get your dream course in poly. Study
hard for the next three years alright. There’s so much more I need to tell you
k. Iloveyou. Words can’t describe how lucky and happy I am to have you in my
life. Be it thick or thin, rain or shine, hot or cold, hungry or full, sick or
healthy, blue or black, white or gold, I will be here for you. I love you.
You should feel old.
